Utilities

Water - Sewer

Residents are billed a monthly fee for water and sewer via their online billing account from Higher Point Properties.

Electricity

Residents of Apartments A, B and C must call to switch electricity into their name as of the day they move in.

Trash and Recycling

Residents are billed directly for trash and recycling from the City of Eagle Lake.

Natural Gas

Centerpoint Energy

Residents of Apartment A ONLY must call to switch electricity into their name as of the day they move in. Residents of Apartments B and C do not pay for gas.

Cable and Internet

Higher Point Properties does not endorse any Cable TV or Internet Service providers. However, you can click here to perform a Google Search for local Cable TV and Internet Providers for Eagle Lake, MN.

Apartment A: Tenant pays for water, sewer, and trash locally. Tenant also pays for electricity and gas, and must call Xcel and Centerpoint to set up these utilities!

Apartments B and C: Tenant pays for electricity, water, sewer and trash. Landlord pays for gas.

Apartments A, B and C: Select your own cable TV and Internet service if desired.

Moving In!

We will meet to sign lease, then you and the landlord or agent will go through the Move-In and Move-Out Checklist. Deposit will be collected and keys exchanged and you're ready to move in!

The Eagle Lake Post Office is located directly south of Parkway Place Apartments - at the end of the alley:

To receive your mail, visit the post office and set up a P.O. Box with the postal service.

Rent Payment

We accept payment via ACH from your checking account through Apartments.com. Tenants need to follow directions on the Apartments.com email to set up their payment account.

There are two options:
1) Emergencies (no heat, etc..) call us!
2) Non-emergencies: Text or call us!
