Q: How can I rent one of your apartments?

Q: When is my rent due?

A: All rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment information and options are found on the Tenant Resources page.

Q: What do I do if I have an issue at my apartment?

A: Follow the steps under the Maintenance and Help section of our Resources page.

Q: What type of deposit/fees do you require?

A: We require a deposit for each apartment paid in full before moving in.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.

Q: What are my rights as a tenant in Minnesota?

A: The State of Minnesota publishes the Landlords and Tenants Handbook here.

Q: How often will the Landlord/Property Manager inspect the apartment?

A: We will visit on a quarterly basis – January, April, July, and October.

Q: Can I have anyone else move into the apartment?

A: Only those listed on your current lease are allowed to occupy the apartment. If you wish to add a person to the lease, then they must successfully complete and application and background check and be approved b the landlord or property manager.

Q: How and when do I give notice that I am moving?

A: Please review your lease for specific information on how to inform the landlord or property manager that you intend to move out. Typically the landlord or property manager must be notified at a minimum of 30 days/1st of the month prior to your move out date.
